dc.description.abstract	Předmětem této bakalářské práce je novostavba rodinného domu, který se nachází v katastrálním území města Kunovice u Uherského Hradiště. Jedná se o dům s obdélníkovým půdorysem, částečně podsklepený, dvoupodlažní s plochou střechou. Část ploché střechy je realizována jako střecha zelená. V rámci ploché střechy jsou navrženy také dvě terasy. Obytné místnosti a místnosti pro spaní jsou situovány k jihovýchodní a jihozápadní straně. Na severní straně se nachází garáž se dvěma parkovacími stáními. Hlavní vstup do objektu je situován na stranu východní. Exteriér i interiér domu je navržen v souladu s moderními designovými trendy. Řešení prostoru je funkční a dispozičně jednoduché. Dynamiku stavby podtrhuje návrh vnějších otvorů v odstínu červené a dvoubarevné fasády v kombinaci šedé a bílé. Dům je určen pro čtyřčlennou rodinu, rodiče a dvě děti. Při jeho navrhování bylo myšleno zejména na pohodlí rodiny. Proto jsou součástí objektu prostory pro trávení volného času. Kolem objektu je provedena zahrada, která má funkci užitkovou a relaxační. Komfort pro odpočinek nabízí v rámci objektu dvě výše zmíněné terasy a také terasa v přízemí přiléhající k bazénu. Pro aktivní odpočinek je určena posilovna umístěná v podzemním podlaží. Stavba má železobetonové základy. Nosný konstrukční systém je navržen stěnový. Stropní konstrukce bude řešena jako železobetonová monolitická deska. Celý objekt bude ztužen železobetonovými věnci, které budou součástí stropní monolitické konstrukce.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The subject matter of this bachelor thesis is a new building of a house located in the cadastral area of Kunovice town near Uherské Hradiště. It is the house with a rectangle ground plan, with a cellar, two – floor, with a flat roof. One part of the roof is made as a green roof. There are also two terraces within the flat roof. Residential rooms and sleeping rooms are located to the southeastern and southwestern part of the house. In the northern part, there is a garage with two parking places. The main entrance to the object is situated to the eastern side of the object. Exterior and interior of the house is designed in agreement with modern design trends. The disposition of all space is functional and simple. The dynamics of the building is highlighted by outside openings in red color, and, two – colored façade in grey and white color. The house is meant for four – member family, parents and two children. When designing the house, their comfort was the priority. Therefore, zones for free time are a part of the house. There is a garden around the house, which is both utility and relaxing. The relaxing part of the house is made by two already mentioned terraces, and, terrace in the ground floor next to the swimming pool. The gym in the underground can be used for active relaxation. The foundations of the building are made of ferroconcrete. Supporting construction system is wall. Ceiling construction will be made of ferroconcrete monolithic plate. The whole object will be hardened by ferroconcrete ring which will be a part of the ceiling monolithic construction.	en
