Tvorba podnikatelského plánu z pohledu založení firmy

Abstract

Práce se zabývá definicí, popisem a následnou tvorbou podnikatelského plánu. V teoretické části je popis zaměřen na teoretické poznatky a klíčovou problematiku. Je zde uveden postup zakládání společnosti s ručením omezeným, současně také zákonem vymezená ustanovení. Dále jsou zde popsány dílčí fáze tvorby podnikatelského plánu. Velká část je věnována jednotlivým situačním analýzám a marketingovému plánu. V praktické části je zpracováno představení firmy, organizační plán, následně jednotlivé situační analýzy, marketingový plán, který obsahuje převážně důležitý marketingový mix a finanční plán, který poskytl celkové vstupy a výstupy. Na závěr byla zpracována ekonomická efektivnost investice.The thesis is concerned with definition, description and with the ensuing creation of business plan. In its theoretic section is the description aimed on theoretical findings and crucial issues. Process of constitution of Limited Liability Company is stated here along with the provisions of relevant statutory norms. Among other elements, in the thesis are stated the partial phases of business plan creation. Major part of thesis is focused on particular situation analysis and marketing plan. Introduction of the company, organizational plan and particular situation analysis are elaborated along with marketing plan which is predominantly conceived of marketing mix and financial plan, which provided the overall inputs and outputs. In conclusion the economic efficiency of investment was worked out.
