Abstract
Předmětem této bakalářské práce je vypracování stavebně technické části projektové dokumentace pro realizaci novostavby rodinného domu ve Vřesině. Objekt se nachází na jižním svahu s mírným sklonem. Stavba má dvě nadzemní a jedno podzemní podlaží a je navržena z typických materiálů pro naše území. Dům je zastřešen sedlovou střechou.
The topic of this Bachelor thesis is an elaboration of technical documentation for project of detached house in Vřesina. Object is located on the southern slope with a slight slope. The building has two floors and a basement and is designed from materials typical for our area. The house is covered with a gable roof.
