Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je finanční plánování stavební zakázky z pohledu investora. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část praktickou a teoretickou. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy účastníci stavebního trhu, stavební zakázka, zdroje financování a finanční plánování stavební zakázky. Praktická část je již zaměřena na konkrétní stavební zakázku, pro kterou je sestaven finanční plán.The theme of bachelor´s thesis is a financial planning of building order from the investor´s point of view. The bachelor´s thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. Participants in the construction market, construction contract, sources of financing and financial planning of construction contract are explained in the theoretical part. The practical part is already focused on the specific construction contract for which the financial plan is drawn up.
