Rodinný dům s cykloservisem

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá projektovou dokumentací rodinného domu s cykloservisem na úrovni dokumentace pro stavební povolení stavby. Dům je určen pro čtyřčlennou rodinu a cykloservis pro čtyři zaměstnance. Rodinný dům bude situován ve Zlínském kraji, městě Valašské Meziříčí, katastrálním území Valašské Meziříčí-město. Stavba má dvě nadzemní podlaží a jedno podzemní podlaží, které se rozprostírá pod částí prvního nadzemního podlaží. Stavba je navržena jako zděná konstrukce. Půdorys rodinného domu a provozovny je zastřešen valbovou střechou, nad půdorysem provozovny je arkýř. Garáž a přilehlý sklad je zastřešen pomocí ploché střechy.My Bachelor´s thesis deals with documents project of a family house with a bicycle repair shop and all is in a level of a building permits of this and all documents that belongs to. The house is suitable for four family members and the bicycle repair shop is suitable for four employees. The house will be situated in Zlín region, in the town called Valašské Meziříčí, in cadastral area of Valašské Meziříčí – town. The building has got two above-ground floors and one bellow –ground floor that is situated bellow one of the above-ground floor. The building is suggested as a brick construction. The ground plan of the family house and of the bicycle repair shop is covered with hipped roof and above the shop is an oriel. Garage and an adjoining stock is covered with a flattened roof.
