Rodinný dům s kadeřnictvím

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zpracování stavební části projektové dokumentace pro novostavbu rodinného domu s kadeřnictvím ve městě Rajhrad. Objekt je navržen jako dvoupodlažní pro bydlení čtyř osob a zároveň bude sloužit jako provozovna kadeřnictví. Hlavní hmota objektu v úrovni 1.NP zaujímá půdorysný tvar obráceného písmene T. Ve 2.NP pak ze středové části objektu vystupuje hmota nepravidelného kvádru. Druhé nadzemní podlaží je zastřešeno sedlovou střechou o sklonu střešních rovin 20°, zbylé části objektu jsou řešeny vegetační jednoplášťovou plochou střechou s extenzivní zelení. Svislé nosné konstrukce jsou tvořeny keramickými tvárnicemi s kontaktním zateplovacím systémem, stropní konstrukce jsou z předpjatých stropních panelů.The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is processing of building – technical part of project documentation for realization of new building of detached house with hairdresser service in town Rajhrad. The building is designed as a two-floor for living four people and will also serve as a hairdressing business. The main mass of the object in the level 1.NP takes the grand plan shape of an inverted letter T. In 2.NP then from the central part of the building stick out mass of irregular block. The second floor is covered by a saddle roof with a slope of 20° roof planes, the remaining parts of the building are designed by green warm flat roof with extensive greenery. The vertical structures are made of ceramic blocks with contact thermal insulating system, floor structures are made of prestressed concrete floor slab.
