dc.description.abstract	Předmětem diplomové práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace bytového domu. Jedná se o objekt se čtyřmi nadzemními obytnými podlažími a jedním podzemním podlažím. V obytných podlažích je celkem 9 bytů, z nichž je jeden řešen jako bezbariérový. V podzemním podlaží se nachází hromadná garáž pro 18 automobilů a příslušenství bytů, jako jsou sklepy a další prostory. Objekt je zastřešen plochými střechami, z nichž převážná část slouží jako terasy nebo střešní zahrady.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The subject of this master’s thesis is elaboration of project documentation of a residental building. It is a four above-ground floors residental object with a one underground floor. There are 9 apartments in residental floors, where one of them is designed as a flat with disability facilities. In the underground floor there is built-in garage for 18 cars and apartments accessory like cellars and others areas. Object is covered with flat roofs, most of them are terraces or rooftop gardens.	en
