dc.description.abstractAbstrakt Vymezené pro společensko-kulturní centrum s radnicí území leží ve městské části Brna – Kohoutovicích u autobusové zastávky Libušína třida. Je obklopeno sídlištní zástavbou, zástavbou s obchodní funkce a služby. Kontakt s ulicí Libušína třida poskytuje napojení na komunikace, což provádí dobrou dostupnost pro všechny druhy dopravy. Parcela se nachází v těsné blízkosti lesu. Objekt se skládá ze třech objemů, které v sobě umísťují jednotlivé funkce (radnice, hala, společensko-kulturní centrum) a objemu parkingu. Pohybuje se v horizontální rovině. Je snadno přístupny z různých stran. Veřejný prostor je obohacen o náměstí u radnice, které poskytuje příjemnou atmosféru pro pracovní pauzy a pro volný čas Úkolem je zachránit zelený obraz obce a vytvořit přátelskou k okolí budovu.cs
dc.description.abstractAbstract The area, for the socio-cultural center with townhall, is located in the Brno-Kohoutovice district next to the Libušína třida bus stop. It is surrounded by apartment blocks, shops and services. Libušína třida provides easy access to the transport systém. The piece of land is located to the forest. The building comprises three main spaces ( the townhall, a multi-purpose hall, socio-cultural center), which are all interconnected and are directly and easily accessible to a car park. There is a public space in a form of an open square, which generates a pleasant atmosphere for leisure breaks and social activities. The aim is to protect a green image of a district and create an environmentally friendly building.en
