Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je návrh a vytvoření projektové dokumentace samostatně stojícího rodinného domu, který by splňoval potřeby běžné rodiny. Návrh se potýká s architektonickým, konstrukčním a technickým řešením stavby. Prefabrikovaný betonový rám, který tvoří nosnou konstrukci stavby, je podnětem k implementaci prvků a materiálů v industriálním stylu, jak v interiéru, tak v exteriéru domu. Cílem autora je mimo jiné využití výhod, které přináší použití rámového konstrukčního systému.The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design and elaboration of project documentation of a detached family residence that should fulfil the needs of a regular family. The design deals with architectural, structural and technical solution of the construction. Prefabricated concrete frame, that constitutes the load-bearing structure of the building, gives an impulse to the implementation of industrial style components and materials, both in interior and exterior of the residence. The aim of the author is among others to make the most of the advantages that the use of a frame structural system brings.
