Inspekce práce a její působení v odvětví stavebnictví

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá problematikou Inspekce práce ve stavebnictví. Nejprve jsou shrnuty základní pojmy, právní normy a vývoj Inspekce práce v České republice. Poté jsou popsány orgány Inspekce práce, kterými jsou Státní úřad inspekce práce a oblastní inspektoráty. Samostatně je zpracována oblast bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci ve stavebnictví, pojmy Bezpečný podnik a „švarc“ systém. Na závěr je provedena analýza činnosti působení Inspekce práce ve stavebnictví za roky 2006 – 2011, podrobněji je rozebrán rok 2011.This thesis deals with the Labour Inspection in construction industry. First, the basic concepts, legal norms and developlment of the Labour Inspection in the Czech republic are summarized. Then follows description of the Labour Inspection authorities, which are the State Labour Inspectorate and the Regional inspectorates. The area of safety and health protection in the construction industry, concept of Safe enterprise and "Švarc" systém are processed separately. Finally, analysis of the Labour Inspection activities in construction between 2006 - 2011 is performed, with a detailed focus on the year 2011.
