Ekologické faktory výstavby

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je provést průzkum v oblasti ekologické výstavby a analyzovat dopady jednotlivých ekologických faktorů. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy z oblasti ekologie ve stavebnictví, základy oceňování, oceňování stavebních prací a dodávek. V praktické části je uvedena případová studie, popisující vlivy ekologických faktorů, které ovlivňují cenu nemovitosti.The aim of this thesis was to accomplish a research in the field of ecological construction and analyze the effects of environmental factors. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts of ecology in construction, fundamentals of valuation, valuation of work and supplies. The case study is described by the effects of environmental factors, which influence the price of the building in the practical part of the thesis.
