Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou, jaký vliv bude mít vrstva a typ obsypového materiálu sondy na citlivost měření metodou elektrické impedanční spektrometrie. Experiment je realizován v laboratořích ÚVST. Práce navazuje na řešení projektů E!3838, E!4981 a E!7614 v mezinárodním programu EUREKA.
The bachelor’s thesis deals with question, what influence will have different layer and different types of material to sensitivity measurements using the probe of electrical impedance spectrometry. This experiment is realized in laboratories of DWS. The thesis follows the solution of projects E!3838, E!4981 and E!7614 in international EUREKA program.
