RODINNÝ DŮM V STAREJ MYJAVE

Abstract

Predmetom bakalárskej práce je projekt rodinného domu obdĺžnikového pôdorysu s garážou v obci Stará Myjava. Objekt má suterén, dve nadzemné poschodia a primárne je určený pre bývanie štvorčlennej rodiny. Dispozične je dom rozdelený na suterén, ktorý tvoria voľné plochy vhodné k ľubovoľnému využitiu. V prvom poschodí sa nachádza vchod do objektu a jeho „denná časť“. Tá je tvorená kuchyňou, obývačkou a jedálňou, spojenou do funkčného celku, ktoré sú chodbou previazané so zádverím, hygienickou miestnosťou (WC) a pracovňou, ktorú možno použiť ako obytnú izbu. V prvom nadzemnom podlaží sa nachádza krb, ako významný architektonický prvok priestoru. Druhé nadzemné poschodie tvorí priestranná chodba, z ktorej sa vchádza priamo do obytných izieb. Tie sú na poschodí celkom tri. Štvrtá miestnosť je kúpeľňa. Dve susediace izby podkrovia majú i spoločný balkón. Všetky výškové úrovne objektu sú prepojené železobetónovým schodiskom. Garáž pripojená k južnej fasáde je navrhnutá pre jeden automobil. Zvislé nosné konštrukcie v suteréne sú z debniacich tvárnic Prefa BTB 50/30/24. Obvodové murivo je z tehál Porotherm 30 Profi, nosné vnútorné steny z Porotherm 25 Profi. Priečky sú hrube 120 mm, postavené z tehál Porotherm 11,5 AKU P+D. Izolácie jednotlivých konštrukcií sú tvorené z vhodných izolačných materiálov - Baumit, Isover, alebo Rockwool. Vodorovné konštrukcie tvorí stropný systém Porotherm. Strecha objektu je sedlová so sklonom 37°, ktorý sa na južnej strane mení na 27°. Strešný plášť je z krytiny Bramac Klasik.The object of the bachelor thesis is the project of the family house with rectangle shaped ground plan and garage in Stará Myjava. The building has a basement, two floors and it is determined for livig of family of four. The house is from the view of disposition divide to the basement with big and empty areas suitable to optional use. On the first floor, there is an entrance into the buildig and its „day section.“ It consists of the kitchen, the livingroom and the dining hall which are functionally connected and by the hallway are linked with a vestibule, sanitary room (the toilet) and the workroom able to use as a bedroom. On the first floor is located the fireplace as a significant architectonical element. The second floor consists of spacious hallway which leads straight to bedrooms. There are three bedrooms on this floor. The fourth room is the bathroom. Two neighboring rooms have the same balcony. All height levels are connected by reinforced concrete staircase. The garage attached on suthern facade is designed for one car. Vertical bearing walls in basement are made of concrete blocks Prefa BTB 50/30/24. The external bearing walls are built of Porotherm 30 Profi bricks, interior bearing walls from Porotherm 25 Profi. The internal non-bearing walls are 120 mm thick, built of Porotherm 11,5 AKU P+D. Insulations of constructions are made of suitable insulating materials – Baumit, Isover or Rockwool. Horisontal bearing constructions are made of ceiling system Porotherm. The object has a gabled roof with slope angle 37° which is changed to 27° on the southern side of the roof. The roof coat is made of Bramac roofing.
