Abstract

Projektová dokumentace řeší stavbu objektu Penzion pro seniory v Chomýži. Parcela je v těsné blízkosti centra obce. Jedná se o samostatně stojící novostavbu. Objekt slouží pro bydlení seniorů ve velmi klidné lokalitě. Nachází se zde v jedné části budovy byty 1+KK a byty 2 + KK. V druhé části objektu, která slouží nejen seniorům,ale i blízké veřejnosti, se nachází jídelna s výdejnou, dále cukrárna, praktický lékař, pedikúra a kadeřnictví. Objekt a přístupové komunikace navrženy bezbariérově. Cílem projektové dokumentace je zvýšení komfortu služeb v obci Chomýž.Project documentation addresses the construction of the building Pension for seniors in Chomýž.
