Abstract

Cílem bakalářské je zpracovat přehled způsobů plánování a řízení subdodávek ve stavební firmě a vypracovat na konkrétním projektu organizaci stavební zakázky se subdodavateli a to jak po stránce finanční, tak časové. V úvodu práce je objasněno, co jsou subdodávky a jak se s nimi pracuje ve firmě. Dále se hovoří o právních normách a základních smlouvách. V praktické části je podrobně popsán projekt Diamant na Václavském náměstí, a to jeho struktura, fungování a odsouhlasení dílčích částí a také časový plán stavby spolu s finančním vyhodnocením. Důraz je kladen na organizaci a řízení subdodávek.The goal of the Bachelor’s thesis is to create an overview of the methods of planning and management of subcontracts for a construction company and to formulate the organization of a construction project, which is based on a specific project with subcontractors, both in terms of time and money. The introduction describes the subcontracts and how to work with them in the company. In addition, it describes the legalities surrounding the basic contracts. The Diamant project on Wenceslas Square is described in detail in the practical part. The project’s structure, function, approval of component parts, schedule, and financial evaluation are also described. The thesis will emphasize on the organization and management of subcontracts.
