Faktory ovlivňující ceny stavebních prací ve vybraných oblastech ČR

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je stanovení faktorů ovlivňujících cenu stavebních prací. Stanovení faktorů je dosaženo pomocí průzkumu u stavebních firem, které budou faktory označovat a hodnotit. V závěru práce je porovnání rozpočtů, které poskytly stavební firmy a rozpočtů vytvořených pro porovnání cen (vycházejících ze standartních položek).The purpose of this bachelor´s thesis is determination of factors affecting the price construction work. The determination factors are reached by using survey construction companies which will indicate and evaluate the factors. In the end of this bachelor´s thesis are budgets of buildings which provided building companies and budget created to compare price (are compared from standard items).
