dc.description.abstract	Předmětem této bakalářské práce je návrh a vypracování projektové dokumentace rodinného domu na pozemku par. č. 229/10 v obci Rabštejnská Lhota. Rodinný dům se nachází v rovinatém terénu. Jedná se o dvoupodlažní rodinný dům s garáží, nepodsklepený. Dům je určen pro maximálně pětičlenou rodinu. Obvodové zdivo domu je provedeno z vápenopískových tvárnic zateplených izolací z polystyrenu EPS. Strop je proveden z železobetonových nosníků POT a keramických vložek Miako. Nosná střešní konstrukce je provedena z dřevěných příhradových vazníků. Nad garáží je provedena terasa. Střecha je pultová a vegetační. Objekt je větrán nuceně pomocí vzduchotechniky. Podle hodnocení energetické obálky budovy spadá dům do kategorie B-velmi úsporný.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is the proposal and preparation of project documentation of a family house on the land parcel No. 229/10 in the Rabštejnská Lhota village. The house is situated in flat terrain. This is a two-floor house with garage, no basement. The house is designed maximum for a family of five. The perimeter walls of the house are made of limestone blocks insulated EPS polystyrene insulation. The ceiling is made of reinforced concrete beams POT and ceramic Miako. The supporting roof structure is made of wood trusses. Above the garage is a terrace. The roof of the shed and vegetation. The building is ventilated using forced ventilation. The building is in the B-very economical category according to the energy envelope.	en
