dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce řeší brněnské náměstí Míru. Jeho současný stav není uspokojivý. Kancelář architekta města Brna vypsala architektonicko-urbanistickou soutěž na toto území. Podmínky soutěže jsou volným zadáním mojí bakalářské práce. Ta koncepčně řeší prostor náměstí a jeho návaznost na přilehlý park na Kraví hoře. Zásadní pro návrh náměstí je postoj k současné dopravní situaci a jejímu rozřešení. Ve své bakalářské práci se dále zabývám dostavbu bloku na místě zchátralého vojenského areálu autoopraven. Práce je rozvinuta ve studii dvou domů v nově navrženém bloku. V nich jsem navrhovala dva domy s městskými byty v patrech a prostorem pro služby a maloobchod v parteru. Část bytů je dle zadání řešena jako bezbariérová. Dále jsou tu například byty pro seniory nebo rodiče samoživitele. Zabývala jsem se návrhem komunitního centra s víceúčelovým sálem a komunitní zahradou. Centrum a zahrada poslouží jako zázemí místní komunity, které zde v současnosti schází. V parteru na náměstí se doplní služby a obchody tak, aby se z náměstí Míru stalo reprezentativní a přívětivé centrum lokality.cs
dc.description.abstractThe bachelor's thesis deals with Brno's Peace Square. Its current state is not satisfactory. The office of the architect of the city of Brno announced an architectural and urban planning competition for this area. The conditions of the competition are a free assignment of my bachelor's thesis. It conceptually solves the area of the square and its connection to the adjacent park on Kraví hora. The attitude to the current traffic situation and its solution is crucial for the design of the square. In my bachelor's thesis I deal with the completion of the block on the site of a dilapidated military area of car repair shops. The work is developed in a study of two houses in a newly designed block. I designed two houses in the block with city apartments on the floors and space for services and retail on the ground floor. According to the assignment, part of the flats is designed as barrier-free. There are also, for example, apartments for seniors or single parents. I dealt with the design of a community center with a multi-purpose hall and a community garden. The center and garden will serve as a background for the local community, which is currently missing. Services and shops will be added on the ground floor so that the Peace Square will become a representative and friendly center of the locality.en
