Napomáhá udávat jednotný směr, kterým se má společnost ubírat v rámci svojí vize, poslání, firemní identity, cílů a hodnot. Je tedy uceleným souborem sloužící ke strategickému rozvoji společnosti a udržení směru předem stanovených cílů.
