Rodinný dům se zubní ordinací

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá projektovou dokumentací rodinného domu se zubní ordinací, určeného pro pětičlennou rodinu. Dům je situován na území kraje Vysočina v obci Vystrkov - Humpolec, katastrální území Humpolec. Objekt je navržen jako zděná stavba, kde svislé konstrukce jsou navrženy z konstrukčního systému POROTHERM a BTB tvarovek a vodorovné konstrukce jsou navrženy z konstrukčního systému POROTHERM a stropních panelů SPIROLL. Hlavní objekt je zastřešen polovalbovou střechou se dvěma střešními vikýři a půdorys provozovny a vinného sklepa je zastřešen plochou pochozí střechou. Konstrukce šikmé střechy je provedena pomocí kombinovaného krovu ze dřevěných a ocelových prvků a to jako vaznicová soustava. Objekt má dvě nadzemní a jedno podzemní podlaží, které zaujímá pouze část půdorysné plochy nadzemních podlaží.This bachelor’s thesis deals with the design documentation of a detached house with the dental surgeries, designed for a family of five. The house is situated in the region in the Vysočina village Vystrkov - Humpolec cadastral district Humpolec. The building is designed as a brick building, where vertical structures are designed from a structural system POROTHERM and BTB hardware and horizontal structures are designed from the structural system POROTHERM and ceiling panels SPIROLL. The main building is covered with half-hip roof with two skylights and plan of the establishment and of the wine cellar is covered with a flat roof walkway. Construction of pitched roofs is made by composite truss of timber and steel components and a purlin system. The building has two above ground and one underground floor, which occupies only a portion of floor space above ground floors.
