Vila ve svahu

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zpracování stavebně-technické části projektové dokumentace pro realizaci novostavby rodinného domu ve svahu. Dům je situován v obci Čejkovice ve svažitém terénu. Jedná se o objekt s dvěma nadzemními podlažími, plochou střechou. Konstrukční systém objektu je z železobetonu a z keramických tvárnic HELUZ, stropní konstrukce je z předpjatého železobetonu. Před domem je parkovací stání pro dva osobní automobily.The content of this thesis is elaboration of technical documentation for realization of a new villa in a hillside. The building is situated in Čejkovice village in steep terrain. It has two floors and a flat roof. The structural system of the building is created of structural concreate and of ceramic blocks HELUZ, ceiling structure is of prestressed concrete. There are two parking spaces infront of the house.
