Abstract

Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá návrhom rodinného domu, ktorý sa nachádza v katastrálnom území obce Šutovce. Objekt je dvojpodlažný, nepodpivničený, osadený v svažitom teréne. Garáž je súčasťou rodinného domu. Objekt je navrhnutý pre štvorčlennú rodinu. Nosný systém je riešený z murovaného systému Heluz. Strecha navrhnutá ako valbová z drevených väzníkov s plechovou krytinou, sklon 10°. Práca obsahuje projektovú dokumentáciu pre realizáciu stavby.This thesis describes the design of detached house which is situated in the cadastre unit of the town of Šutovce. The building is a two-floor, without cellar, located in sloping terrain. The garageis part of the detached house. The building is designed for a four-member family. The structural system is designed of masonry system Heluz. The roof is designed as a hipped roof from timber girders with metal roofing, roof slope 10°. The work includes project documentation for the construction.
