Výrobní hala „BALL CZ“ v Plzni – stavebně technologický projekt

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je zpracování stavebně technologického projektu stavby Výrobní hala „BALL CZ“ v Plzni. V první části práce je vypracována technická zpráva ke stavebně technologickému projektu a koordinační situace stavby s návrhem mimostaveništní dopravy. Práce dále řeší předběžný propočet ceny stavby s navazujícím objektovým časovým a finančním plánem a studii realizace hlavních technologických etap. V další části práce je proveden návrh zařízení staveniště a hlavních stavebních strojů a mechanismů. Pro hlavní stavební objekt je pak vytvořen položkový rozpočet a časový plán vybraných stavebních procesů. Práce taktéž obsahuje technologický předpis s kontrolním a zkušebním plánem pro montáž prefabrikovaného skeletu. V závěru práce je řešení bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci, výpis enviromentálních aspektů výstavby a způsob zajištění zdrojů pro prefabrikovaný skelet.The subject of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of the construction technology project of the "BALL CZ" Production Hall in Pilsen. In the first part of the work, a technical report on the construction technology project and the coordination situation of the construction with a proposal for off-site transport is drawn up. The work also deals with the preliminary calculation of the price of the construction with the subsequent object time and financial plan and the study of the implementation of the main technological stages. In the next part of the work, the design of the construction site equipment and the main construction machines and mechanisms is carried out. An itemized budget and a time schedule of selected construction processes are then created for the main construction object. The work also contains a technological procedure with an inspection and test plan for the assembly of the prefabricated skeleton. At the end of the thesis, there is a solution to safety and health protection at work, a list of environmental aspects of the construction and a method of securing resources for the prefabricated skeleton.
