Intenzivní dům v Brně

Abstract

Studie se zabývá návrhem na řešení území o rozloze 27 ha v městské části Brno – Střed. V prostorách bývalých vojenských skladů, na parcele mezi ulicemi Veveří, Pekárenská, Kounicova a Sokolská. V současnosti je zde využívaný supermarket Albert, ostatní objekty chátrají a jsou určeny k demolici. Na jižním rohu parcely se nachází, na ulici Veveří, tramvajová zastávka. Odtud se dá snadno projít skrze parcelu na ulici Kounicovou, avšak současný stav prostředí v místě řešeného území devalvuje zážitek bytí v takovémto prostoru i estetiku vzhledem k okolní historické zástavbě. Dominantním prvkem na rohu parcely je památkově chráněný platan. Navržená struktura je vhodná současnému chápání světa. Slučuje prostředky pro intenzivní způsob života s nutnou rekonvalescencí člověka a jeho potřebou po prostoru se zelení, klidem a světlem. Koncept používá nautických prvků vkládaných do kontextu České republiky a současně navazuje na Brněnský funkcionalismus.The study deals with a proposal to deal with an area of 27 hectares in the city of Brno - Center. The dominant element on the corner of the parcel is a protected sycamore. The proposed structure is suited to the current understanding of the world. Combines resources for intensive way of life with the necessary convalescence and his need for space with greenery, calm and light. The concept uses a nautical elements inserted into the context of the Czech Republic and simultaneously builds on Brno functionalism.
