Novostavba rodinného domu v městysi Jedovnice

Abstract

Řešením bakalářské práce je novostavba rodinného domu v městysi Jedovnice. Tento objekt je umístěný na konkrétním pozemku, který jasně limitoval možnosti stavby. Rodinný dům je částečně podsklepený, s jedním nadzemním podlažím a podkrovím. Je navržen z vápenopískových cihel, zateplen kontaktním zateplovacím systémem z minerální vaty a založen je na základových pasech z prostého betonu. Stropy jsou z předepnutých betonových panelů. Má sedlovou střechu s keramickou pálenou střešní taškou. Je určený pro čtyř až pětičlennou rodinu.The solution of the bachelor's thesis is a new building of a family house in the township Jedovnice. This building is located in a particular territory which had precisely limited the possibilities of the construction. The family house has a partial basement, one aboveground floor and an attic. The building is designed of lime-sand bricks, it is thermally insulated by contact insulation system made of mineral cotton wool and is based on a strip foundation made of plain concrete. Ceilings are made of pretensioned concrete panels. The building has a saddle roof with ceramic roof tiles. The building is intended for a family of four to five members.
