Determination of the extent and state of a limb edema is based on information about its current volume. There are a number of methods for volume measurements, but they are timeconsuming, expensive or not accurate enough. The aim of the project is to design own device for a contactless limb volume measurement with an ultrasonic module. The whole positioning and scanning system is controlled by a microcontroller.en
