Abstract

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá výberom a návrhom implementácie informačného systému do vybranej projekčno-stavebnej spoločnosti. Práca je rozdelená do troch obsahových celkov. Teoretická časť obsahuje východiská potrebné pre vykonanie analytickej a návrhovej časti. Obsahom analytickej časti je predstavenie spoločnosti a vykonanie analýzy jej prostredia, s kladením dôrazu aj na vnútropodnikové procesy. Posledná časť zobrazuje postup pri výbere najvhodnejšej varianty nového informačného systému z dostupných riešení na danom trhu, kompletný návrh jeho implementačného procesu a finančnú náročnosť tohto riešenia.The Master´s thesis focuses on the selection and proposal of the implementation of the information system in the selected design and construction company. The document is divided into three sections. The theoretical part contains the starting points necessary for the execution of the analytical and design part. The content of the analytical part is the introduction of the company and the analysis of its environment, with the emphasis on internal company processes. The last part displays the procedure for choosing the most suitable variant of the new information system from available solutions on the given market, a complete proposal for its implementation process and the financial complexity of this solution.
