Nový návrh citlivě reaguje na okolní zástavbu a na svažitost terénu. Doplňuje ho tak, aby utvářel se stávající zástavbou jeden celek a zdůraznil kvality zadané lokality. Je zde kladen důraz na vysokou kvalitu bydlení v blízkosti zeleně.	cs
