Návrh konstrukce křídla čtyřmístného jednomotorového letounu

Abstract

Obsahom diplomovej práce je oboznámenie sa s lietadlom TL4000 a technickými parametrami krídla. Práca zahŕňa výpočet letových obálok podľa predpisu CS 23 v troch hmotnostných konfiguráciách a výpočet zaťaženia pre všetky body obálky. V práci je uskutočnený návrh konštrukcie krídla a jeho jednotlivých prvkov. Pevnostnou analýzou jednotlivých konštrukčných prvkov krídla je určený súčiniteľ rezervy konkrétnych častí. Súčasťou diplomovej práce je aj návrh a metodika statickej pevnostnej skúšky krídla, ktorú požaduje predpis pre danú kategóriu lietadiel (CS 23).The content of the thesis is familiarization with the aircraft TL4000 and technical parameters wings. The work includes calculation of flight envelopes as prescribed CS 23 in three weight configurations and load calculation for all points of the envelope. The work is carried out structural design wings and its elements. The stress analysis of individual design elements wing is designed to specific parts of the reserve factor. Part of the thesis is the design and methodology for the static strength test wing that required a prescription for that category of aircraft (CS 23).
