dc.description.abstract	Předmětem diplomové práce je energeticky úsporný dům. Objekt je navržen v katastrálním území města Náchod na ul. U Vodojemu. Budova je určena pro trvalé bydlení osob. Je zde k dispozici 11 obytných jednotek. Objekt je navržen ze zděného konstrukčního systému, keramických tvárnic Porotherm. Stropní konstrukce je provedena ze systému Porotherm Strop. Objekt je zastřešen jednoplášťovou plochou střechou.	cs
