V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy související s výkonností, jsou zde popsány jednotlivé systémy k měření výkonnosti a analýzy použité v popisu stávajícího stavu společnosti. Následující část je zaměřena na popis analyzovaného podniku a popis současné situace pomocí jednotlivých analýz a modelu START PLUS. Další částí jsou vlastní návrhy řešení a přínos těchto návrhů. | cs |
