Ekonomická analýza cash flow nízkoenergetických staveb RD

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je analýza provozních nákladů domácnosti v domech různé energetické kategorie. Teoretická část je proto věnována problematice pasivních domů, kde jsou vysvětleny jejich principy a odlišnosti od standardní výstavby. V praktické části je na konkrétním příkladu rozebrán rozdíl struktury a výše nákladů. Cílem je potvrzení či vyvrácení hypotézy, že vyšší investiční náklady na výstavbu nízkoenergetických staveb v budoucnosti snižují provozní výdaje rodinných rozpočtů a vedou k vyšší likviditě.The subject of my master´s thesis is analysis of the operating costs in households in various energy categories of houses. The theoretical part is focused on passive homes issue where I explained principles and differences of standard constructions. The practical part is based on a concrete example of the differences and the structure of costs. The aim is to confirm or refute the hypothesis, which say that higher investment costs for the construction of low energy buildings could reduce costs and family budgets in the future. They also lead to higher liquidity.
