Rekonstrukce RD u Tomkova Náměstí v Brně

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá rekonstrukcí rodinného domu, který je určen k navýšení o dvě podlaží. Obsahem práce je výpočet přitížení stávajících konstrukcí od nástavby. Následně je řešen návrh a posouzení nových konstrukcí. Poslední část se zabývá posouzením a zesílením stávajících konstrukcí, dále návrhem železobetonového věnce a základu pod podsklepenou částí objektu.The bachelor´s thesis deals with the reconstruction of a family house. The main goal is the design and assessment of the main load-bearing elements. The thesis contains load effects calculations about the new construction, followed by the design and assessment of the new constructions. The final part of the thesis contains the assessment and strengthening of the already existing parts of the building. Furthermore, it contains the design about the concrete bond-rim and foundations under the structure of the basement.
