Abstract
Diplomová práce popisuje základní postupy z oblasti řízení projektu výstavby. Pro lepší pochopení postupů zde vysvětluji i pojmy, které jsou v této práci obsažené. Cílem práce je seznámit se s konkrétními postupy a metodami řízení projektu v průběhu realizace stavební zakázky.
