Výběr vhodné formy financování vlastního bydlení

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na možnosti financování bydlení v České republice. Nejprve jsou zde popsány některé ze základních pojmů, se kterými se můžeme setkat v přímém styku s touto problematikou. Dále popisuje některé druhy financování bydlení se kterými se můžeme setkat. Pro daný typ investora byly navrženy některé možnosti financování bytových potřeb, a ty jsou v krátkosti charakterizovány. Následně jsou zde popsány jednotlivé výhody a nevýhody, včetně návrhu.This bachelor thesis focuses on options financing living in the Czech Republic. Firstly, there are described some basic terms and concepts which can be relised in immediate contact with this topic. Next part of the thesis describes some forms of living financing. For certain type of investor there were suggested some choices of financing hoousing, there are in short described. In following part there are mendioned individua advantages and disadvantages, icluding the suggestion.
