Zesílení střešních vazníků ve výrobní hale

Abstract

Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je návrh zesílení střešní konstrukce průmyslové haly. Vazníky byly navrženy před 18-ti lety podle ČSN. V mé práci jsou vazníky přepočítány dle současných platných evropských norem. Je navrženo zesílení předpjatými lany vedenými podél vazníku. Z důvodu nedostatku místa v okolí čel vazníků bylo navrženo předpínání z prostředku vazníku. Pro návrh geometrie kabelů a předpínací síly byly rozhodující smyková únosnost a omezení tlakového napětí v betonu. Výpočet účinků zatížení je proveden počítačovým softwarem Scia Engineer 2015. Pro ostatní výpočty byl použit tabulkový editor excel.The aim of my bachelor’s thesis is strengthening of girder roof construction in a production hall. The roof girders were designed 18 years ago in accordance with the Czech standards valid at that time. All the girders are now recalculated according to valid European norms. It is suggested to use prestressed cables guided along the girder construction. Because of the lack of space around the front of girders, it is designed to use prestressing from in the middle. In order to design the cable geometry and the biasing force, it was crucial to take into account shear resistance as well as constraining compressive stress in the concrete. Calculation of the effects of load is carried out by Scia Engineer 2015 computer software whereas Excel has been used for all the other calculations.
