STRATEGICKÉ ŘÍZENÍ ELEKTRONICKÉHO OBCHODU FIRMY

Abstract

Cílem dizertační práce je tvorba modelu moderního elektronického obchodu s uvažováním potřeb zákazníků a zahrnutí jejich požadavků do strategického řízení elektronického obchodu firmy. Důraz je kladen na aplikaci technické kybernetiky v ekonomických vědách. Za pomoci software MATLABu je vytvořen model, který reprezentuje ekonomický model elektronického obchodu, kdy se firma za pomoci zpětných vazeb snaží svůj výstup co nejvíce přiblížit zákazníkovi. Výsledkem řešení dané problematiky je aplikace na modelu, kde jsou zkoumány vybrané dynamické procesy vztahů strategií zákazníků a modelu nově vytvořené strategie elektronického obchodu.The aim of this (dissertation) thesis is to create a modern e-commerce/ e-business model that takes in account the needs of clients and includes their demands into e-commerce/ e-business strategic management of the company. By using the MATLAB software is created the model which represents an e-commerce/ e-business economic model. In this case tries the company - with the help of feedback - to bring its output to the client as much as possible. The solution of these problems is an application on the model where dynamic interactions of clent´s strategies and newly created e-commerce / e-business strategies are investigated.
