Abstract
Článek si klade za cíl upozornit na všeobecně podceňovanou důležitost hydroizolací a to nejen ve vyhlášce č. 441/2013Sb. k provedení zákona o oceňování majetku, dále jen oceňovací vyhláška. V úvodu jsou popsány nejběžněji používané hydroizolační materiály a jsou uvedeny jejich výhody a nevýhody. Dále je uvedena předpokládaná životnost jednotlivých hydroizolačních systémů. V závěru se článek zamýšlí nad tím, kde by mohla platit předpokládaná životnost, která je uvedena v oceňovací vyhlášce.
The aim of the article is to point at generally underestimate the importance of waterproofing, not only according to evaluating law no.441/2013. In the introduction, there are described the most used waterproofing materials and there are shown theirs advantages and disadvantages. As next there is given presumed service life of particular waterproofing systems. In the end, the article deals with the struggle of presumed service life which is specified in the evaluation decree.
