The aim of final thesis was completed sufficiently. There occured some objections that are seen above all in the proposals which are not focused on the strategic development of the selected company, however proposed suggestions are applicable into the daily praxis and after further elaboration could be beneficial for further development of the company. Used methods were appropriately selected, however their implementation evinces some limitations (e.g. with regard to the aim of the final thesis, the selected methods should be described more in detail and in context of solved issue, statistical processing of the gained data is not stated at all and interpretentions and some conclusions are superficial and not supported with serious data). Proposals and recommendations for the company development could be more deeply and designed in more detailed way with relevant justification (e.g. there are no financial reports on which should be presented reckonings were made, salary calculation does not cover all wage expenses -health insurance, social contributions and tax are not included into the payroll calculation, the percentage of contributions are presented in a separate table 14 on the page 63 without corresponding calculations of particular items). Formal processing of the thesis is on a good level, there are some rather small issues that should be noticed, e.g. spelling mistakes or inconsistency in a format of references. The sources on which the thesis is based could be more recent, however for this topic they are very relevant.

The submitted bachelor's thesis is at a very weak level with several shortcomings, whether in terms of content or format. Overall, the bachelor's thesis reaches a slightly below-average level, which is required for final theses.
