The final thesis has been very well prepared, it meets the requirements for this type of university work.The aim of final thesis was completed. There occured some shortages that appear above all in the proposals, however they are of minor type only and proposed suggestions can be applicable into the daily praxis and could be beneficial for further development of the company. Used methods were appropriately selected. Proposals and recommendations for the company development could be designed in more detailed way with relevant justification. Formal processing of the thesis is on a good level, there are some rather small issues that should be noticed, e.g. spelling mistakes. The sources on which the thesis are relevant to the topic.

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to design a personnel strategy in the selected company, and this aim was fulfilled. The theoretical part of the thesis is prepared at an average level, quoted are relatively large parts of the text mostly from few professional sources. From the formal point of view the thesis is at a fairly good level, only it would have liked to have all the graphs and all the tables in English, not only some. The analytical part of the thesis is rather short and of a descriptive and summarizing rather than exploratory nature. The proposals are (with the sole exception of 4.4 Compensation and benefits) of a general nature in the form of general recommendations. Despite all the criticisms, I recommend the thesis for defence.
