The main goal of the thesis is preparation of the business plan for gastronomic company. I see the goal fulfilled. There are performed required analysis with relevant results. Just small remark - the analysis could be less descriptive. The plan is well structured in accordance with typical business plan rules. The thesis is on an appropriate professional and formal level. I recommend the thesis for the defence. Question: As a products you propose sale of refreshments primarily. Do you think of any additional services or cultural or social program in the future to be part of your company offer? Why?

The main objective of the thesis has been achieved. The proposed business plan for gastronomic facility is in line with the proposed objective The author used appropriate methods to collect data and did requested analyses. I value positively the competition analysis carried out and the creation of competing maps. However, a more precise indication would be needed to identify the institution from which the loan would be drawn for funding. It would be desirable to specify the exact amount of interest and ideally the financial repayments. The author interprets well the conclusions from the conducted analyses . The calculation of initial costs and operating costs is presented in a logical way. The formalities and terminology used are of a good standard. Some tables are not well formatted (e.g. 14, 15 and 17). The work would benefit from using more literary resources.
