The main objective of the thesis has been achieved. The proposed measures to increase customer satisfaction level are consistent with the proposed objective and are logically structured according to the theoretical framework. Relevant methods for data collection and analysis are used in the thesis. The author interprets the conclusions from the analyses and her own survey very well. Proposed measures to increase satisfaction levels are logically and clearly handled. The proposal part includes a time perspective, financial framework, staffing and risk analysis, which make it easier to implement the proposed measures in practice. The formalities and terminology used are of a very good standard. However, it would be beneficial to split Table 13 in two parts and also comment more the individual points of the SWOT analysis. The citation standard is met. Question for the defence: Which of the proposals to increase satisfaction level do you consider the most important?

The main goal of the thesis is proposals for customer satisfaction increase. The goal has been achieved. There are standard analysis performed as base for prepared proposals. Analysis are well systematically structured with relevant outcomes. The only minore note in this part I have to the fact that the SWOT analysis is prior to description of the own research made by author - there are some SWOT factors coming out of the research as well so it would be more logical to change chapter order. Proposals are based on analytical outcomes, well structure and going towards defined goals. There could be general economic evaluation and deeper related discussion of the influence of the proposals to the economic results of the company. The thesis is at appropriate professional level, I recommend it for the defence.
