The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of customer satisfaction. The main aim of the thesis has been achieved. Relevant methods for data collection and analysis are used in the thesis. However, it would be useful to comment on the results of the competition analysis in the context of the problem (page 36). The author interprets the conclusions from the analyses well. The proposed measures to increase customer satisfaction level are consistent with the proposed aim and are structured according to the theoretical framework. Proposed measures to increase satisfaction levels are clearly handled. The work has been verified by the Theses.cz system. It determined the similarity with all documents within 14%. Question for the defence: Which of the proposals to increase satisfaction level do you consider the most important?

The main goal of the thesis is preparation of the proposals leading to increase of customer satisfaction of the selected company. The goal is fulfilled.The thesis is well structured and applying standard methodology used in preparation of customer satisfaction proposals.The analysis could be less descriptive in some parts and clear outcome could be formulated for each and every partial analysis. This would prevent the fact that some threads are listed as weaknesses (f.e. "Customers cancelling last minute"). Valuable is performed practical research focused on customer satisfaction.Proposals are well structured, just the implementation plan could be more detailed.I recommend the thesis for the defense.
