Level of diploma theses is on low level, as major issue connected with overall clasification is missing one of four determined goals of this theses. „Drawing documentation of main parts of production units“ is non existing. More than half of theses is research character which is unnecessary and serves as filling where long segments repeating itself fells exhaustingly. Independent addition from student side starts with chapter 7 from 10 of total. All used boundary conditions have no citation or any other proof. As example 10 000[kg] of load on cultivator, where on the other hand cultivator own weight is never mentioned nor calculated. Defined speed of 40[km/h] is law restricted but modern tractors can reach speeds 65+[km/h]. Thesis structure and information is too scattered, when reaction time is mentioned without any prove author talks about 1.5[s] and immediately after use in calculation 1[s]. problems with units, mixing imperial and metric, visual site as capital K in [kg], empty pages 20, 61 etc. After first simulation we are told max tension in material is 150[MPa] where max yield strength is 355[MPa]. Next information, where iterations will aim is missing. Possibly to weaken construction where max tension would be closer to 355[MPa] or lower this tension to end with lower values than 150[MPa]? From poorly generated pictures, reader can assume, final results to be lower but there is missing information about real improvement and benefit in absolute or relative values. Good approach is adding material in most loaded places and playing with shape of ribs, these changes are generally good way how to improve part design with little affect on cost and production. At the end of theses author recommend inspection of ribs after 500h which is pure divination from crystal ball. Similarly, conclusion is about recommendation of different brake system where it should be about benefit of this work.
