From the presented work, there is clear that the author, based on the knowledge of extensive professional literature, got very good knowledge of NAVZAS, s.r.o and the overall overview, has fully demonstrated the ability to process a number of analyses taking into account the specifics of NAVZAS s.r.o., line of the business and development trends. The logical result of these facts is the formulation of recommendations and suggestions, whose implementation enable to use a new SWOT strategy aimed at eliminating identified weaknesses and reducing the impact of identified threats. In defense, I recommend answering of the following questions: 1. Why do you recommend the company to pass on the strategy WT? 2. Analyze in more detail the causes of the Kralicek Quick Test parameters development. Z předkládané práce je zřejmé, že autorka na základě poznatků z rozsáhlé odborné literatury, velmi dobré znalosti NAVZAS, s.r.o a celkového přehledu plně prokázala schopnost zpracovat řadu analýz s přihlédnutím ke specifikům NAVZAS s.r.o., oboru podnikání i trendu vývoje. Logickým výsledkem těchto skutečností je formulace doporučení a návrhů, jejichž realizace umožní uplatnit novu strategii SWOT, směřující k odstranění zjištěných slabostí a snížení vlivu identifikovaných hrozeb. Při obhajobě doporučuji zodpovědět následující otázky: 1. Proč doporučujete firmě přejít na strategii WT 2. Podrobněji analyzujte příčiny vývoje parametrů Kralickova Quick testu
