This is a good bachelor's thesis, somewhat marked by the haste in the formal completion of the work. Some parts of the work deserve more processing. The work has a partial potential for application in practice when starting your own business. Despite some partial reservations about the work, I recommend the bachelor's thesis to be defended before the state commission. I do not recommend any additional questions for the defense.

The main objective of the theses was proposal of the plan to establish start-up company. I see this goal achieved with some remarks listed below. Author is working on market analysis as well as analysis of internal factors (based on marketing mix) in the analytical part of the theses. Overall the analysis could be more detailed and less descriptive. When it comes to external factors, I would expect more detailed analysis of direct competition in the market and sort of related benchmark. Also general legal framework related to CBD products could be discussed. When it comes to internal factor analysis, it could be deeper analyzed from the scope of resources, capabilities and capacities available. The proposals are based on business model CANVAS. Again, it could be less descriptive and more in the form of realization plan including timing of the step by step realization. Overall the theses is on appropriate professional and formal level, I recommend it for the defense.
