The author of this bachelor's thesis, based on knowledge of the current market, designed a project to support trade and sales. The theoretical part partially connects the area of project management with supply chain logistics. However, the elaboration of the theoretical part is imperfect and could have been done with more care and with the author's own opinion. The analytical part presents the current project. Its justification is based on market research. At the end of the chapter, the resulting problems for the solution in the proposal part are presented. The focus in proposal part is strongly of the logistics network. The author used the necessary tools used in project management and the thesis contains all the essentials needed. Student during writing this thesis regularly consulted and went to his own creative path of elaboration. The set goal has been achieved and I recommend the work for defense. Questions for the defense: Is it appropriate to use the CANVAS model also in the project approach? Explain the term "Blueprint" (Diagram 3.1) and its use in project management?

The main objective of the thesis was project proposal for trade and sales promotion. The goal is achieved. The analytical part of the thesis is structured based on Lean CANVAS business model and includes also analysis of customers and competitition. Own primary research focused on customer expectations is also included. I have a remark to the structure of the analytical part - chapters 2.5 and 2.6 I would logically see as a part of Proposal Part of the thesis. Why does chapters are in between Competition research and Supplier analysis? Proposals are structured using Project management guidelines and are based on performed analysis. Thesis is on the appropriate professional level and I recommend it for the defence.
