Cena stavebního díla z hlediska investora

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je sestavení optimální ceny stavebního díla z hlediska investora. Sestavení ceny pro stavbu rodinného domu zohledněním nákladů vznikajících při jeho užívání. Z rozpočtu byly vybrány dva funkční díly, ke kterým bylo vytvořeno alternativní řešení s posouzením výše ceny a nákladů životního cyklu. Závěrem byla stanovena optimální varianta materiálů a byla sestavena cena.The aim of this bachelor thesis is to built the optimal price of the works in terms of investor. The compilation of construction cost of a family house considering the charges resulting from its usage. Two functional segments from the budget were chosen for creating an alternative solution including the costs assessment and the life cycle costs. Finally, the optimal variant of materials was chosen and the price was compiled.
