Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabírá návrhem podnikatelského plánu pro společnost působící v oboru účetnictví a daní. Teoretická část obsahuje definice obecné terminologie a osvětluje proces podnikatelského plánování. V analytické části je v rámci průzkumu trhu zvolen „přístup shora dolů“ k popisu přidružených megatrendů, makro prostředí a dále mikro prostředí zvoleného podniku s pomocí prověřených analytických nástrojů. V návrhové části je již obsažený kompletní podnikatelský plán.
The following bachelor´s thesis deals with a business plan proposal for a company operating in the industry of accounting and taxes. The theoretical part looks at definitions of general terminology and deciphers the process behind the business planning procedure. The analytical part is structured using a top-down approach to industry analysis describing the megatrends, macro-environment and micro-environment of the business using time-tested analytical tools. The proposals part contains a complete business plan.
