| dc.description.abstract | ZBROJOVKA BRNO - Příležitost pro město Strategie pro brněnskou Zbrojovku, třetí největší brownfield ve městě. Urbánní taktika a proces začlenění lokality do prostoru města a provázání s jeho organismem. Vytvoření územní strategie či postupu taktického urbanismu, který se snaží postupnými zásahy opětovně začlenit toto území do organismu města, a to způsobem, který bude plně reflektovat jeho potřeby, možnosti a polaritu v území. Podstatné je, aby nastolený proces počítal s dlouhodobou pozvolnou regenerací, která může být i přerušována ekonomickým tlakem, a v každém svém okamžiku vytvářel fungující prostředí, které náhlé přerušení obnovných prací neohrozí. Celý proces obnovy lokality je rozdělen do několika fází, které však na sebe pružně navazují a mohou v tak velkém území probíhat částečně nezávisle. Vychází ze současného stavu areálu, který je postupně otevírán, jsou odstraňovány objekty, které jsou v havarijním stavu, a pak ty, které brání rozvoji areálu a jeho plynulému fungování. Následně je regulována doprava, areál napojen na MHD. Ve výsledku dojde k ustálení situace a celkové rehabilitaci prostoru továrny i jeho okolí. To vše skrze jednotlivé zásahy do jeho struktury a veřejného prostoru. Celý proces je dokumentován na základních cílech a přístupech jednotlivých fází, které jsou následně dokumentovány referenčními zásahy a počiny typickými pro daný stav lokality. | dc.description.abstract | ZBROJOVKA BRNO - Opportunity for the city Strategies for Zbrojovka Brno, the third largest brownfield in the city. Urban policy and the process of integration of the site into the city and connection with his organism. Creating a territorial strategy or tactical urbanism procedure that tries successive interventions re- incorporate this into the organism of the city , in a way that fully reflect the needs , possibilities and polarity in the territory.
